Blackberry 8300 Curve - Fortus Mobile Phone Review

Close but not so well with mobile phones trying to reduce all the time gap between them and the dedicated PDA phones on the market - the Apple iPhone in mind - manufacturers such as Research In Motion (RIM) are forced to seek even more to make their products stand out. Enter the new BlackBerry Curve 8300, with a range of new features, but surprisingly, some of which are too obvious. The fact of this new BlackBerry is coming so soon after the 8800 says it all there is to know about cell phones as well at the moment - RIM is obviously concerned about the declining market. Yet, PDAs, like the BlackBerry Curve 8300 can still offer some features of the cells may, and it is these features that make this product so exciting. The main difference between this model and the recently released 8800 is that the curve is much thinner. In fact, with the change in the size that gave the RIM BlackBerry 8300, you'd be forgiven for thinking you were in possession of a regular phone in your hand. The only thing that betrays the standard QWERTY keyboard just below the screen. Intelligent design, the benefits of a scheme Curve 8300 black and silver, which offers PDA users that love futuristic looks. E 'extremely light and, at least for a PDA, and full 1.5 ounces lighter than the Treo. It feels so good to have, thanks to the addition of small rubber grips on the side, making you feel more secure and less likely to fall from the wall. A little trick is that the 2.5-inch with sensors that detect the lighting conditions are. Too dark or too bright, and the Blackberry 8300 will automatically adjust the brightness and contrast. This makes it much easier to navigate through menus, icons, driven, and is certainly a step in the right direction, not only for the Blackberry, but PDAs and mobile phones in general. Unlike other similar models, the screen is touch sensitive, but a small core of scroll wheel used to scroll the screen. Using the keyboard is much easier in this model as well, with RIM, who will return to the large spaces between each element of the QWERTY keyboard. The smart display allows pictures taken with camera-pixel 2.0meag to get some "more clear, especially when comparing images from a similar phone camera mirror. However, there is no option for playback video. The one thing that closes the BlackBerry Curve 8300 is almost perfect, which is not a 3G unit. This seems to fit almost criminal when you look at all the services not provided, for some reason, RIM does not have to provide the 8300, with 3G capabilities. There is no support for Wi-Fi, and once again seems a missed opportunity. It is a bit of this "to be quad-band, Wi-Fi, but it would have been more beautiful. However, the delay is always in his office suite and a more professional approach than just a phone can offer. In this sense, does not disappoint at all.
